What is the difference between buying from you and buying from eBay? 

We DO NOT sell on eBay! We manufacture high quality gowns at an affordable price. We guarantee you will be satisfied with your gown from Bridal Express Online6. If you purchase from eBay you will find that the sellers cannot guarantee the same satisfaction.

I am confused, what size wedding gown should I order?

Wedding gown dresses run smaller than normal clothing sizes.  If you wear a 12 in normal clothing, you would wear 14 in a bridal gown.  The size chart is a guide, unless you are getting J805 or Jasmine disregard the hip measurement.  If you tried on dresses in a bridal shop, order the size that fit you best.  If you wear W (Women) example: 20W, you need to add one size. We recommend to get measure by a Professional.

Remember all wedding gowns will need minor alterations, weather you get them from us or your local bridal Shop.  If you have a problem finding in your area a seamstress to alter at a reasonable price, we can assist you in that also.

Where can I try on your dresses?

The reason that our prices are so low is because we do not have the overhead of a bridal shop.  WE ARE ONLINE ONLY, that is the reason we have great prices.  These are the same dresses that are in local bridal shops. 

I don't have a PayPal account, can I use my credit card online?

Yes, you are only using the service PayPal provide to process your credit card, you do not have to sign up with PayPal.  We actually do not recommend to sign up for PayPal at this moment if you haven't already done so, you are still covered with their insurance, it will take 3-5 days to verify your information.  You might want to consider doing that in the future if you do a lot of internet shopping.  After you add all your items to your shopping cart, click on secure checkout.  You will be forward it to PayPal screen with payment to Bridal Express Online6.  Depending on your browser, you will see on your screen something similar to:

You can summit additional payments by using the PayPal link in the Contact Us page.  Look for "To make a credit card payment, please click on the PayPal button below."

Customs and Duties charges are accrued after the package has shipped to the destination country. Bridal Online Express6 has no control over the amount you are charged for customs and duties. You will have to contact your country's postal courier to determine estimated costs.

Do you offer alterations?

We have the best seamstresses in the area.  Normally, we can turn around our alteration within 7 days.  We recommend that you find someone locally as it is much more convenient.  But many areas lack of skilled bridal seamstresses or they are very expensive.  This is the reason we offer this service.  We do recommend that you approve the dress before any alterations as the dress will not be returnable after alterations.

Do you Send Catalogs?

We apologize, we do not have catalogues.  Our prices are so low  that it would increase our prices significantly if we printed catalogues.  We found out most of brides are interested in one or two styles.  Most of our styles are available in your local bridal shops for two to three times the price.

Who is the designer?

We are the manufacturer, we also wholesale to high end bridal shops.  The bridal shops in turn put their store label and double to triple the price.  Basically what you are doing by buying from us is similar to what you do when you go to Costco or Sam's Club (Cutting out the middle man).

Where are you located?

We have an office in Houston Texas. We are not a store. The reason that our prices are so low is because we do not have the overhead of a bridal shop. WE ARE ONLINE ONLY, That is the reason we have Excellent prices. These are the same dresses that are in local bridal shops.

Do You have layaway ?

Our layaway plan is 60 days, mail payment to the address below with information in the letter as how you are paying (Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Weekly)

Stock dresses are ordered from our factory when the first payment is received. If you do not pay the balance within 60 days or contact us before the 60 days are up, you will lose your dress and it will need to be reordered.

If you are ordering a custom dress through the layaway plan, the dress will not be ordered until the full balance is paid off.

What type of payments do you accept ?

The only payments currently available are all major credit cards or PayPal over the internet, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay over the internet. We also accept Money orders, Money Gram, Western Union and wire transfer. We can take personal checks, but all personal checks will be held 8-10 weeks for processing. How is the dress shipped?

We will be sending you the dress the same way we send it to a bridal shop, in a box wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it from water and dirt.  After your alterations are complete and before the wedding, you will need to send your dress to be professionally cleaned,steamed or pressed.  Do not try to compare the dress to the ones already pressed, it is like trying to compare wrinkled clothes to the professionally dry cleaned ones.

Steps to follow if you have trouble ordering Using PayPal?

Though PayPal is a very reliable and well-run service, problems do crop up from time to time.  PayPal suggests the following procedures to clear your web browser's cache and cookies (Temporary Internet Files). as a first step.  Next, you might want to check your browser to allow session cookies.  Please follow the section below that is applicable to your system.

Clearing Cache and Cookies for Internet Explorer Under Windows

  1. Click on the "Start" button.

  2. Select "Settings" and click on "Control Panel".

  3. Double-click on the Internet (or Internet Options) and select the "General" tab.

  4. Click on the "Settings" button in the Temporary Internet Files section and choose "View Files".
